Want to know more about God, the Bible, or Jesus?
We would love to help you!
We run regular groups to introduce people to God, explain the Christian faith, and unpack what it looks like to have hope in Jesus.
The main courses of this type which we run are called Christianity Explained, and Just for Starters.
There will be no pressure on you to read or pray out loud, and you can ask any question you like.

Contact Dave at
or Ans at for more details..

English as a second language (ESL) classes are held at St. Mark's on Tuesdays from 9:30am-12:30pm
We have people from all over the world and at all stages of learning English.
You are very welcome to join us.

Many people focus so much on being loving and unselfish that they forget their own limits and limitations.

Developing the ability to set clear boundaries can help with this and it is essential to a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Boundaries are personal property lines that mark those things for which we are

responsible. They define who we are and who we are not.

Boundaries also guard our treasures which are our thoughts, emotions, behaviours, attitudes, opinions, gifts and talents etc. Boundaries impact all areas of our lives.

This course will teach you how to respectfully set and enforce your boundaries. It will help you overcome barriers you have encountered and provide you with creative new strategies.

Ans has been running Boundaries courses regularly ever since starting work at St. Mark's 7 years ago,
contact Ans at for more details about the next course.

Open House is a social group for women who love craft and appreciate friendship.

We meet from 10am-1pm every Thursday of the School term.

Most of the ladies at open house bring along a craft job they are working on (knitting, watercolours, etc...) but some come just for a chat and a cuppa.

Each week we share an excellent morning tea. If you love craft or a cuppa, we’d love to see you at Open House

Just pop in on a Thursday morning if you’d like to find out more!
